Meshack is a Strategic Finance Leader & Certified Project Management Professional with over 19 years of experience spanning banking, consulting, and multi-sectoral project delivery. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and an esteemed member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He also holds the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA—demonstrating his capability in leading complex, high-impact initiatives across industries.

Meshack began his professional journey at Zenith Bank in 2007, where he built a strong foundation in financial management and branch operations. Over the years, he has held strategic roles that shaped his expertise in:

  • Lean Process Improvement & Business Process Reengineering

Following his tenure at Zenith Bank, Meshack joined Deloitte & Touche Nigeria as Manager in the Business Process Solutions Department, where he led initiatives focused on operational efficiency and financial transformation.

Currently, he is actively involved in multi-sectoral development projects, particularly within agriculture and agro-allied industries, applying lean methodologies to optimize production systems and enhance value chain performance across Nigeria.
