Lydia is a graduate of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from FUTA (Federal University of Technology, Akure). She holds an MBA (HR specialization) from Bayero University, Kano. She also has a master’s degree in Developmental Studies from Bayero University. 

Lydia was the head of Aftersales Coscharis motors, Kano where she attended to major issues of customers’ vehicles for 10 years. She has an excellent knowledge of customer relation.

Currently a Director of MAFA Exim, Lydia is a self starter that approaches issues aimed at enhancing organizational and individual growth with objectivity. Her career goal is to employ the use of effective HR practices to develop, manage and motivate high performing workforce.
